Before you book

Do I need IT experience to start?

No. Many of my clients are complete career changers, college graduates, fresh out of an IT academy, or military members transitioning out. You might be stuck in a help desk role and want more. The roadmap I build starts from wherever you actually are, not from an assumed baseline.

I already have some IT or security experience, is this still for me?

Yes. Just as many of my clients are already working in IT or hold entry-level certs and want to move into security, or move up toward CASP+/SecurityX-level roles. The roadmap adjusts either way. It's built around where you're starting and where you're trying to go, not one fixed skill level.

How long until I'm job-ready?

Depends on where you start and which program you choose. The Career Launch Package is built as a 90-day roadmap, from where you are now to job-ready, cert-ready, and interview-confident. Quick Win Sessions and the VIP Intensive Day solve a specific, narrower problem in a single sitting rather than carrying you through a full timeline.

How is this different from a bootcamp?

Bootcamps teach to a curriculum. I coach to you. I'm a Cybersecurity Program Manager at a Fortune 500 company right now, dealing with real threats and real hiring decisions. Bootcamps teach the exam. I teach the field, and your roadmap is built around the job you're actually trying to land, not a fixed 12-week syllabus everyone gets the same version of.

What if I don't land a job after working with you?

I can't guarantee a job offer. No honest coach can, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something else. What I do guarantee is a roadmap built for your background, real mock interview reps until you're not fumbling the technical questions, and direct email access between sessions so you're never stuck waiting two weeks for the next call.

What's your refund policy?

Depends on the program. Quick Win Sessions don't carry a cash refund since it's a single 60-minute call, but you can reschedule free with 24 hours' notice. The Career Launch Package has a 7-day window to request a refund as long as your first session hasn't happened yet; once we've started, it's non-refundable. VIP Intensive Day is non-refundable once your deposit is paid, since that locks in a full day on my calendar and pre-work, but you can reschedule with 7 or more days' notice. Full terms are in your coaching agreement before you book.

Which certifications does this prepare me for?

Depends on your path. I teach across CompTIA Security+, A+, Network+, CySA+, CASP+/SecurityX, and others. Security+ is the most common starting point for career changers.
