Do I need IT experience to start?

No. Career Launch is designed for career changers and aspiring cybersecurity professionals. We assess your background and identify realistic roles, skill gaps, and next steps. Some paths may include building foundational IT experience first.

Which program fits experienced professionals?

Career Upgrade supports experienced IT and cybersecurity professionals pursuing advancement, a pivot, or a return to the field. We focus on your target role, positioning, and next opportunity. The discovery call helps us confirm fit.

What can I expect in 90 days?

Both programs include six private sessions scheduled every two weeks, a personalized roadmap, and email support between sessions. We work on the priorities in your plan. Your readiness for a particular role depends on your starting point, practice, and the requirements of that role.

How do the payment options work?

Pay $1,999 in full or choose three payments of $733 over 30 days ($2,199 total). The first installment is due at enrollment, with the remaining two payments due within the following 30 days.

Can I use Affirm, Klarna, or other payment methods?

How is this different from a bootcamp?

This is individual career coaching built around your goals, experience, and priorities. It supports career strategy, positioning, and preparation rather than providing a full technical bootcamp curriculum.

Does coaching guarantee a job?

No. Hiring decisions and timelines depend on employers, the market, and your preparation. Coaching provides structured guidance, feedback, and a plan you can put into practice.

What is the refund policy?

Quick Wins are non-refundable and can be rescheduled free with 24 hours’ notice. Career Launch has a seven-day refund request window provided your first session has not taken place; once sessions begin, it is non-refundable. Review the applicable coaching agreement for all terms, including Career Upgrade, before enrolling.

Which certifications should I pursue?

We select a certification path based on your target role, current knowledge, and skill gaps. A certification is one part of your plan, alongside relevant experience, positioning, and interview preparation.
